Shailee Joshi, Partner is a law graduate from Institute of Law, Nirma University. Post her graduation, she has completed her LL.M. from Gujarat National Law University, with a special focus on Corporate Laws.  

 

Shailee entered the profession and the Firm in the year 2021 and ever since, plays an instrumental role in driving the Firm's operations. With a strong focus on Corporate law, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Commercial Litigation, Shailee is known for her ability to simplify complex legal issues and provide actionable advice. With a strong practice in the matters pertaining to direct taxes,  Shailee represents various companies, trusts and individuals in taxation matters before High Court of Gujarat. She also heads the Non-Litigation Department of the Firm overseeing a broad range of legal services, such as drafting and vetting of various agreements and conveyancing work keeping in view the unique needs of every client, thus offering a personalized approach.

 

Inheriting legal acumen and skills from her father, an accomplished Advocate practicing in the High Court of Gujarat, Shailee masters Revenue Litigation with much ease and confidence. She also advises clients across Gujarat on Wills and Succession Laws. 

  

Shailee oversees the Firm’s operations, manages client relationships and is also committed to mentoring junior lawyers within the Firm, fostering a culture of excellence and knowledge-sharing that reflects the Firm’s core values.
